Sports history documented through color
French clothing retailers Celio and Bluebretzel have collaborated to produce a line of t-shirts and hooded jackets to record historic sporting events through color.
The 8-piece Fairtrade cotton collection allows you to relive some of the unforgettable moments in sports (both good and bad), by way of a near perfect color reading from a spectro-colorimeter. Some of the documented colors include cement gray, taken from the asphalt of the Monaco Grand Prix used year after year; a surprisingly florescent orange from the red card handed out during the World Cup final between Italy and France on July 9 2006; and the acid yellow of the tennis ball controlled at 249.4 km / h at the Paris Open in June 2004.
Now that is dedication to the game--and a definite must-have for any true sports fan.
