Steppin' Outs

Color-Coded Cigarettes

For the slowly dying smoking population (no pun intended), a colorful way to help kick the habit is on the brink of entering a convenience store near you.
A Whitman, Massachusetts couple has patented their idea for a brightly colored identification system to distinguish three different sizes of cigarettes. Separated in the pack by a patented "step spacer", the standout shades include green for regular cigarettes, yellow for mid-sized and red for the smallest quick puffs.
The duo developed Steppin' Outs for smokers trying to cut down, as well as for those times when you only have a few minutes to inhale and don't want to waste a whole smoke.
Although a manufacturer is yet to be secured, the proposed 20-packs will be sold for around half the price of current cigarettes. Sounds like a good excuse for a few extra smoke breaks.
